Each 8-ounce package is adorned with a colorful old-time paniolo label and boasts “100% Hawaiian.” The Pineapple Coconut Paniolo Cookies mix two of Hawaii’s most popular tropical fruits with the same rich, buttery cookie.     They have a very unique flavor. I first purchased these cookies at the Parker Ranch grocery store while visiting Waimea on the Big Island this summer. Loved the cookie so much that when I returned to the mainland, I went looking for the cookie online. Fortunately, I was able to order them. Shipping was fast. So now I'm able to enjoy this island treat without flying to the Big Island. Yeah!
