If you like shortbread cookies and would like to enjoy one with a Hawaii twist then you will love these 2 bite cookies. They have a hint of pineapple and coconut flavor with a nice buttery flavor. There his also rum extract in the ingredient list, but I could barely taste that which is okay, because they are delicious the way they are. I purchased these cookies in the Parker Ranch Store in Waimea,HI and then purchased them at the Parker Ranch website when I got home to give as gifts for those who I traveled with on my Hawaii vacation. They are packaged in a 7 oz bag which is perfect for a hostess gift, thank you gift or a little something for anyone who likes shortbread!

They have a very unique flavor. I first purchased these cookies at the Parker Ranch grocery store while visiting Waimea on the Big Island this summer. Loved the cookie so much that when I returned to the mainland, I went looking for the cookie online. Fortunately, I was able to order them. Shipping was fast. So now I'm able to enjoy this island treat without flying to the Big Island. Yeah!
We opened these little cookies in the car on the road and were thrilled with the flavor> Great with a cup of Kona coffee!
